# [YONO] User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you and Yono Inc. ("Yono," "we," or "us") governing your use of the Yono mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

## ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating a Yono account or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you don't agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

## ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

## YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

## SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

### Subscription Options

Yono offers two subscription options:

- Annual plan with a 3-day free trial
- Monthly plan with no free trial

### Payment Terms

- When you subscribe to Yono, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If you choose the annual plan with a 3-day trial, you will be charged the annual fee after the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.

### Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds or credits for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by law.

## ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Upload or share any content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Use automated methods to access or interact with the Service

## USER CONTENT

### License Grant

When you submit screenshots, comments, or other content to the Service ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

### Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for User Content that you submit to the Service. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any User Content.

## INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Yono and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any content from the Service without our express written permission.

## TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

## DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

## LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YONO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

## GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

## CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We may modify this Agreement at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
